Jerry Rau - Chief Executive Officer

Prior to his arrival at Accuship, Jerry Rau served in various Executive positions at RedPrairie stemming from July of 2002. In the most recent role at RedPrairie, Rau served as EVP of Product and Corporate Marketing, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Additional responsibilities included Channel and Alliances, as well as the Mergers & Acquisitions portfolio.

Prior to RedPrairie, Rau was employed at i2 Technologies from May 1998 through to July 2002. Rau served as Global VP of Field Operations, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of i2 Technologies.

In previous positions at i2, Rau was VP of Sales Operations for the Transportation Team, responsible for all Presales, Channels and Sales Operations. Additionally Rau has led the M&A Integration Team efforts for i2 through the InterTrans, SMART Technologies, Supplybase, Aspect Development, Trade Services and Rightworks acquisitions. In his various roles at i2, Rau has served as part of both the i2 Executive Team as well as the Office of the CEO.

Prior to joining i2, Rau was the VP Sales for InterTrans Logistics Solutions. At Loomis Courier Service, Rau held numerous positions including VP & GM of Central Canada and VP Business Development. In addition, Rau has held various line and staff positions at Day & Ross Inc (Day & Ross, Sameday/ROW, Bustrax) and Canadian Pacific Ltd. (Treasury and the Express & Transport Division)

Rau has an MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has served actively in both the Canadian Courier Association and the Atlantic Provinces Trucking Association, both in Executive VP roles.

Rau currently resides in Dallas, Texas along with his wife Cheryl and the three kids. (Laura, Kristi and Joseph)

Steve C. Beda - Executive Vice President

Mr. Beda is responsible for marketing and strategy. He came to Accuship from Thomas & Betts Corporation. He is experienced in e-commerce, project management, systems analysis and design, with an emphasis on establishing electronic partnerships within the supply chain. Additionally, Mr. Beda oversees Sales Engineering and Implementation as part of the pre and post sales process.

D. Jill Evans - Vice President and Controller

Ms. Evans is a licensed CPA and joined Accuship in 2000. She has over a decade of experience in financial and operational accounting. She began her career with the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen where she worked for over five years. Subsequent to that she was the Corporate Controller for Catherine Stores Corporation and was the Director of Budgeting and Analysis for Terminix, a division of ServiceMaster.

Kenneth S. Dunavant - Vice President - National Accounts

Mr. Dunavant is responsible for the growth and management of Accuship's National Accounts. He brings to Accuship twenty years plus of marketing and business development experience with companies such as Deluxe Corporation, Merrill Lynch, and Prudential Securities. Mr. Dunavant was part of the original core group of Accuship employees.

Gregory S. Shepherd - Vice President - Research & Development

Mr. Shepherd is responsible for leading Accuship’s Software Engineering team and provides management support for applications and technology infrastructure. Mr. Shepherd has twenty years of industry experience with companies such a Great Western Financial, TMP Worldwide (Monster.com), and Wang’s International with expertise in the areas of software development methodologies, web services, product design, and data center operations. At the University of Missouri, Mr. Shepherd studied Computer Programming and Design and earned an MBA from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee.

Wendy Loomis - Vice President - Managed Services

Ms. Loomis has been servicing Accuship clients for over 10 years. She came to us with over 15 years of proven management experience in customer service and accounting. She honed these skills at Genigraphics, InFocus and Standard Register. At Accuship she followed a fast promotional track that included Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Director and Director of Sales Support and Implementation. Her career path at Accuship has led her on a natural progression to her current position of Vice President of Managed Services. Wendy’s wealth of company knowledge and processes coupled with her 25+ years of experience in customer service enables her to lead a team that delivers the highest levels of quality and business process optimization.
